I tried the portabella mushroom pizza. I just LOVE portabella mushrooms. They can be used for all sorts of things because of their size.... like burgers! Giving them a good coating of olive oil is a good way to keep them juicy, if you want to try it. :3

Good call.
They are also perfect for stuffing (heh, heh) with Oyster Sauce, Tofu, Corn and Scallions and corn for an oriental flair.
