An ANIMAL CROSSING stage for SSBB?!

You heard it, Animal Crossing fans! A stage based on the series will be playable in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. Brawl, called Smashville!

That's pretty weird... but cool. I don't really play Animal Crossing, but I think it's cool that they really are adding stages for EVERY Nintendo franchise, weather their action-y or not. I like how there are a lot of scheduled events, like the saturday night concert, just like in the game. That's pretty sweet.

Ok, so anyone else seen todays update? Normally I hate Petey Pirannah, but DMAN does he look menacing in Smash Bros. I hate to say it, but I like it.

Hehe, I never thought a diaper/bathing suit wearing plant could look badass. Speaking of badass, Yoshi's final smash is the essence of awesome smothered with win and baked in a pie. It actually somehow found a way to make Yoshi even more awesome.

Did anyone see the Pokemon Trainer??? God knows I wont be using the kid, but thats a really cool idea. You get three characters in one, basically, but you have a limit to how hard you can push them (and they share the same damage bar... sorry, cheaters). I think thats pretty awesome... kinda like how Sonic Heroes worked, but possibly ten times less annoying.

The Pokemon Trainer wasn't the only weird addition, they added Diddy Kong as an unlockable, too, recently. Next they'll add even more obscure characters, like Tingle from LoZ. And they better add Sonic and Shadow, or one of them. Otherwise.....*loads gun with ammo*

Well I remember an interview where a Sega rep said that adding Sonic in Brawl "Wasn't in the cards at the moment" because they wanted Mario and Sonic's first meeting to be at the Olympics. Although shortly thereafter they pushed the release date of M&SatOG forward a month so it comes out before Brawl, coincidence? I say nay!

That game is just made of lose. I'm glad that Brawl is looking great. The subspace emissary is a really nice add-on since they are adding a story to it. And Petty appering as a boss and not a character is also great. Many obscure characters have been asked and Petty is one of them. A boss or one of an Assist Trophies suits these characters better.

Actually I beg to differ. For one, the game's gonna be on the Wii. That right there is instant bonus points. Two, the event list, it's freaking huge! They've even got events like Fencing and Judo, and both of these events will allow me to cause bodily harm to Tails.
